I havent actually asked anyone of the circumstances about the NAP and so on, i get all my info from observation, in here and ingame. Dont get me wrong neither side is populated with choir boys who go to church every sunday, but what i have deduced...

Totally agree, a NAP in the situation we are all in is just plain daft, it would be better to just pool our resources completely, i think we would be willing, its Foundation that wont. So what do we do?
